摘要
目前我国的三相电子式电能表仍有相当部分是采用在采样通道增加电阻网络的方式来调整误差,该方法增加了系统的元器件数量从而使得系统的稳定性能和计量精度均受到影响。本文从数字校准的角度采用新型的计量芯片ADE7756,对其内部的各个计算环节进行调整,达到调整精度的目的,并将其实际应用。测试结果表明,该方法可以有效的节省硬件成本,使电能计量更加精确、稳定。
At present people add the resistance network in the sampling channel to adjust the three-phases electronic meter' s error in China. The method adds a lot of components in the system so the meter' s stability and precision are influenced. This paper describes one method that adjusts the parameter in each calculation section based on a new measure IC -ADE7756 in order to calibrate the measurement error. We pus this method into practice and the practical result indicates that the method can effectively cut down the hardware cost. The most important thing is that we observably improve the electronic meter' s precision and the stability.
