摘要
对目前有色金属电解阴极片熔铸过程中,加料工序存在的问题进行了分析,提出了加料工序新的技术要求,设计了一种能将电解阴极片自动分层,以及有序加料的自动加料机,并对其电液控制系统进行了设计.
The problems of feeding process in the non-ferrous metals electrolytic casting were analyzed,new technical requirements of feeding process were proposed,a feeding machine which can automatically stratified and feed the electrolytic cathode film was designed,and the electro-hydraulic control system of automatic feeding machine was designed.
