摘要
目的:观察三伏天灸治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:将51例类风湿性关节炎属风寒湿痹型患者随机分成两组,对照组使用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用三伏天灸治疗,进行1年随访观察。结果:治疗组总有效率96.29%,显效率37.04%,对照组总有效率95.83%,显效率29.16%,两组总有效率无明显差异,而显效率有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组在患者的疼痛指数、压痛指数、肿胀指数及晨僵时间的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),在血沉指标的下降方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后免疫球蛋白较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:三伏天灸疗法在改善类风湿性关节炎风寒湿痹型患者的疼痛和功能活动方面具有较好的效果。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Moxibustion During Dog Days to Wind-cold-dampness Bi Syndrome in Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods：51 patients with Wind-cold-dampness Bi Syndrome in Rheumatoid Arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.The Control group were treated by the Conventional Program,the Treatment group were treated by the Conventional Program plus Moxibustion During Dog Days,then the two groups were carried out an annual follow-up observation.Results：The total effective rate was 96.29%,and the obvious effective rate was 37.04% in Control group.The percentage were 95.83% and 29.16% in Treatment group.There was no difference in the total effective rate but significantly difference in the obvious effective rate（P 0.05） between both groups.The pain index,tenderness index,swelling index and time of morning stiffness were improved significantly,and the level of ESR was declined obviously in Treatment group than Control group（P 0.05）.The Immune glob-ulin was decreased markedly after treatment in Treatment group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：There were better results on pain relief and function of activities in patients with Wind-cold-dampness Bi Syndrome in Rheumatoid Arthritis,who were treated by Moxibustion During Dog Days.
