摘要
研究中分别通过分光光度法和感应耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对不同淀粉磷酸酯中的结合磷含量进行了分析。结果表明,分光光度法较ICP-AES法更适于淀粉磷酸酯中磷含量的分析,测定波长为825nm;市售淀粉磷酸酯的结合磷含量均较低,不适于磷酸寡糖的制备研究,为高产率磷酸寡糖的生产奠定重要理论基础。
The research herein provides valuable data with respect to the binding-phosphorus content of different phosphate starches using spectrophotometry and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The result shows that,Spectrophotometry is more suitable for the analysis of phosphorus content in phosphate starch than ICP-AES,and the wavelength is 825 nm.Furthermore,commercial phosphate starches was not suitable for the preparation of phosphoryl oligosaccharides which have a low binding-phosphorus content.It has laid an important theoretical foundation for the high yield of phosphoryl oligosaccharides.
