摘要
食品中掺假掺杂是当前食品检验工作的一个重要方面。本文通过应用实时荧光PCR技术,建立了鉴别腊肠中植物成分的方法,和常规PCR比特异性强,简便快速,同时实验采用完全闭管检测,降低了污染机会,为腊肠中植物成分的检测提供了新方法。
Food adulteration is an increasing important public health issue.In this paper a new method for detection of plant element in sausage by real-time fluorescence PCR technology was established,which was faster,more simple and specific than conventional PCR.Besides,completely closed tube testing was adopted in this method,thus avoiding pollution.
