摘要
针对山西跨行政区的经济活动和社会事务越来越多,需要一定区域内的地方政府合作来处理的现状,提出在城镇化发展战略问题上,山西更应发挥自身极具差异性的水土条件优势,认清构建区域合作的核心基础,建立区域合作全新格局,以促进区域发展。
According to the status of Shanxi, that is more and more across-administrative economic activities and social affairs, which needs the cooperation among kr.al governments within certain regions to deal with, it puts forward that： on the issue of urbanized development strategy, Shanxi should play its advantages of water and soil condition with special difference, see clearly the core foundation of constructing regional co- operation, and establish a new pattern of regional cooperation so as to promote regional development.
