摘要
目的评价羟基脲合滋补肝肾方治疗β-地中海贫血的临床疗效。方法本院90例β-地中海贫血患者依据治疗方法不同分为中西医结合治疗观察组和单纯西医治疗对照组,采用回顾性分析的方法比较两组临床数据。结果观察组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、网织红细胞计数(Ret)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),同时观察组治疗后临床症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论羟基脲合滋补肝肾方治疗β-地中海贫血临床疗效良好,可供临床参考。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating β-thalassemia by hydroxyurea with nourishing liver and kidney prescription.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 90 cases with β-thalassemia in our hospital,which were divided into combination of Chinese tradiational and Western medicine treating group and Western medicine control group.Results The red blood cell（RBC）,hemoglobin（Hb）,reticulocyte count（Ret）,mean corpuscular volume（MCV）,red blood cell volume distribution width（RDW） of treating group were better than those of control group（P0.05）,and the clinical symptom score of treating group was lower than that of control group（P0.05）,the clinical efficacy in treating group was better than control group（P0.05）significantly.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of treating β-thalassemia by hydroxyurea with nourishing liver and kidney prescription is satisfied and merits popularization.
