摘要
目的观察中药益髓生血颗粒治疗地中海贫血的临床疗效。方法以益髓生血颗粒治疗血红蛋白H病(HbH病)25例,β地贫156例(重型β地贫45例,重型β地贫复合血红蛋白E18例,中间型β地贫58例,中间型β地贫复合血红蛋白E35例),用药方法为每次1包,每包10g,6岁以下儿童2/d,6岁以上3/d,3个月为1个疗程。结果25例HbH病中21例有效,治疗后有效病例Hb增加5～31g/L,增加>10g/L者16例(其中增加21～31g/L者6例)。156例β地贫中145有效,治疗后有效病例Hb增加5～32g/L,增加>10g/L者97例(其中增加21～32g/L者29例),总有效率91.71%,中药为颗粒冲剂,服用方便,无毒副作用。结论益髓生血颗粒对α地贫和β地贫均有较好的疗效,可以提高患者的Hb水平,使贫血症状得到缓解。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yisui Shengxue Granule on thalassemia. Methods Yisui Shengxue Granule is made from a mixture of Chinese herbs mainly including Comus officinalis, RADIX POLYGONI MULTIFLORI PREPARATA, prepared rehmannia root, honey-fried RADIX ASTRAGALI, Psorslea corylifolia L , radix codonopsis pilosulae and carapax amydae. It was applied to 25 patients of hemoglobin H disease （HbH disease） and 156 patients of β thalassemia （45 patients of β thalassemia major, 18 β thalassemia major combined with hemoglobin E, 93 thalassemia intermedia, 35 thalassemia intermedia combined with hemoglobin E）, 10 gram per package, one package each time. To the patients less than 6 years old, twice per day; to those over 6 years old, three packages a day. Three months as a period of treatment. Results If Hb increases more than 5 g/L, the treatment of Yisui Shengxue Granule is regarded as effective. Twenty-one out of 25 HbH patients achieved effective outcome, among whom Hb in 16 increased more than 10 g/L and in 6 by 21-31 g/L. Totally 145 out of 156 patients of β thalassemia were effective, among whom Hb in 97 in- creased more than 10 g/L and in 29 by 21-32 g/L. The overall effective rate was 91.71%. Yisui Shengxue Granule is granular powder, convenient for oral administration. Furthermore, it has no toxicity or adverse reaction. Conclusion Yisui Shengxue Granule is rather effective to α and β thalassemia by increasing Hb concentration and alleviating the symptoms resulting from anemia.
