摘要
根据中药鉴定学的鉴定方法,将传统的鉴别方法与现代技术如薄层层析及高效液相图谱法相结合,对锦带花来源,性状特征,显微特征,理化特征进行鉴别。结果显示其主要的性状特征为暗紫褐色,花冠密被绒毛,花柱下部有毛;主要显微特征为具两种非腺毛,花冠具乳头状表皮细胞,花柱细胞绒毛状;紫外灯下与绿原酸相同位置显相同大小斑点,另外还有两个亮蓝色荧光斑点;HPLC图谱显示在7-8min时间段绿原酸左侧有一个单峰,其余峰与金银花的图谱基本相同。
Weigela florida was identified in this study,according to the methods of identification and assessment of TCD,from the origin,character,micro-character and chemical and physical feature,applying traditional identify method combined with modern technique such as TLC and HPLC. The results suggested that Weigela florida was dark brown-purple,the corol covered with dense villus,the inferior part of stylet with hair. This flower has two kind nonglandular hair,the corol has corpora mammillaria epidermic cells,the stylet cell looked like villus. TLC showed this flower has the same spot with chlorogenic acid; HPLC showed the basically same spectra with honeysuckble.
