摘要
白芍总苷(TGP)是从芍药干燥根中提取的有效成分,其通过多种途径影响自身免疫反应,对类风湿关节炎和系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病有确切疗效。本文就TGP治疗风湿免疫疾病的药理研究与临床应用研究进展作一综述。
Total glucoside of paeony （TGP） is the active ingredient which is extracted from the radix of Paeonia lactiflora Pall. TGP affects autoimmune response through several approaches and targets,and it has definite therapeutical effect for the treatment of rheumatism arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. This review focuses on the pharmacologic and clinical researches of TGP in the treatment of rheumatic disease.
