摘要
在分析再制造研究与应用现状的基础上,指出生产线设计与优化问题是再制造产业化中需要解决的重要问题。以某企业的电视机再制造为实证对象,分析其拆卸生产线,测定各工位的标准时间等相关参数;建立Flexsim仿真模型,通过仿真分析识别问题;运用工业工程技术提出优化方案,并运用仿真评估之。结果表明:通过仿真方法对再制造拆卸生产线进行优化,可以提高拆卸生产效率。
Based on analyzing current status of research and application on remanufacturing,The idea that design and optimization of production line is important topic is presented.Tv's disassembly production Line of someone enterprise is analyzed,and every workstation's time is also measured.Then Flexsim simulation model is constructed.A better disassembly process is provided by simulation.It is evident that disassembly production line's productivity can be effectively improved by simulation method.
