Synthesis and structural determination of partial methyl-benzyl-β-cyclodextrin

摘要 partial methyl-β-cyclodextrin was obtained through reaction of green methylating reagent dimethyl carbonate and β-cyclodextrin under the catalysis of anhydrous potassium carbonate.Then using synthesized partial methyl-β-cyclodextrin and benzyl chloride as raw materials,partial methyl-benzyl-β-cyclodextrin was obtained.Their structures were characterized by TLC,IR,TGA,MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. partial methyl-β-cyclodextrin was obtained through reaction of green methylating reagent dimethyl carbonate and β-cyclodextrin under the catalysis of anhydrous potassium carbonate.Then using synthesized partial methyl-β-cyclodextrin and benzyl chloride as raw materials,partial methyl-benzyl-β-cyclodextrin was obtained.Their structures were characterized by TLC,IR,TGA,MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.
