摘要 本文用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了亚甲基蓝/β-环糊精包合物的包合平衡常数(简称包合常数K)。并探讨了包合物溶液放置时间、亚甲基蓝初始浓度、溶液pH值对包合常数的影响。结果表明:亚甲基蓝/β-环糊精包合物的包结比为1:1,溶液放置时间和亚甲基蓝初始浓度不影响亚甲基蓝/β-环糊精的包合常数,溶液pH对包合常数有较大的影响,pH=3~10时包合常数随pH值的增加而增加,包合常数在pH=7时为1×10^4L/mol。 The formation constants of β-Cycledextrins(β-CD) inclusion complex with methylene blue(MB) were determined by UV - vis spectral analysis. The effects of some factors,such as placing time of MB/β - CD solution,initial concentration of α/β,and pH value of Mb/β -CD solution,on the inclusion equilibrium constant(K) were studied. The experiment results showed that the mole ratio of inclusion complex of β-CD with MB is 1:1. K was unchanged with the change of MB/β-CD solution placing time and MB initial concentration and was variational with change ofpH of MB/β-CD solution. K increased at pH values of 3. 0 - 10. 0. K is 1 × 10^4 L/mol at pH =7.
