摘要
针对高压开关中铸造铝合金壳体破坏压力的计算,采用单层耐压容器的设计理论及焊接圆柱筒体的计算式,考虑了铸造工艺因素的影响,对部分铸造壳体破坏压力进行了计算,并对这些壳体进行了水压破坏试验,对计算结果进行了验证,给出了高压开关常用的铸造铝合金壳体破坏压力的计算简式。
Aiming to the calculation of bursting pressure of casting aluminum enclosure of high voltage switchgear, design principle of one-story withstand pressure vessel and calculation formula of welding cylinder are adopted. Considering the effect from casting process, bursting pressure of partial casting enclosure is calculated. In addition hydraulic test is also carried out on the enclosure to verify the calculated result. Meanwhile the calculation skeleton formula of bursting pressure of casting aluminum enclosure for high voltage switchgear is established.
