日本超高压设备技术标准现状综述

摘要 简述日本超高压设备技术标准的发展完善过程,介绍已广泛应用的日本高压可燃气体保安协会超高压(100~350MPa)设备标准的概要以及超高压设备的三个重要设计原则,并结合破坏试验的实测值与几种设计方法的计算值进行的对比,阐述容器材料屈强比和容器外径内径比值对设计压力与破坏压力的影响关系,推荐了在不同条件下设计压力的计算方法。 This article bricflf describes the development and perfection processes of the technical standard of ultra-high pressure equipments in Japan and introduces the essentials of the extensively adopted standard of ultra- high pressure (100- 350MPa) equipments of the Security Association of High Pressure Fiammable Gas in Japan it also introduces three important guidances to design ultra high pressure ecluipments. By comparing the practical values of destructive tests and the calcalated values of a few design methods,this paper expounds the effects of the ratio between working strength and yield point of the vessel materials and the ratio of the internal to external diameters of the vessel on the designing and destructive pressures lt also recommends calculating methods to design pressure under vartous conditions
