摘要
随着社会日益进步，人们运用法律武器保护自己正当权益已成常识，所以医护人员在工作中偶有不慎便会引起患者的不满和投诉。加上市场经济的影响，消费观念的改变，人们在看待医惠关系时，也把医疗服务视为一种消费，导致医疗纠纷与病人的健康利益、经济利益息息相关，当提供的医疗护理服务没有达到病人、家属的期望值时，就出现对医护人员不满，进而投诉、控告，甚至对医护人员实施暴力等过度维权行为。医疗纠纷不断增多，而基层社区卫生服务机构因设备、人才、信息滞后，医疗纠纷的发生尤为常见。医疗纠纷在给患者及家属带来痛苦和不幸的同时也给社区卫生服务机构带来损失和危害、导至受害医务人员生理、心理及职业等多方面的不良影响，甚至引起离职倾向。严重影响医疗秩序和医患关系，影响社会治安和社区稳定。为减少、规避医疗纠纷，给医患双方营造一个良好的氛围，总结自己多年从事社区卫生服务工作的经验，剖析医疗纠纷发生的原因，针对性的提出对策，以供同行参考。

Adds on the market economy the influence, expends the idea the change, people when regarding medicine trouble relations, also regards as the medical service one kind of expense,causes the medical dispute and patient＇s healthy benefit,the economic interest is closely linked,when provides the medical care service had not achieved when patient, family member＇s expected value, appears to the medical care personnel is discontented, then suit, accusation, even implements the violence to the medical care personnel and so on excessively the Uygur power behavior. The medical dispute increases unceasingly, but the basic unit community health service organization because of the equipment, the talented person, the information lag, the medical dispute occurrence especially is common. The medical dispute while gives the patient and the family member brings the pain and unfortunate also gives the community the health service organization to bring the loss and the harm,leads to suffers injury the medical personnel physiology, the psychology and the occupation and so on various affects not good, even causes leaves job the tendency. The serious influence medical service order and the medical trouble relations, affects the social order and the community stable. In order to reduce, the circumvention medical service dispute, builds a good atmosphere for medical trouble both sides,summarizes oneself many years to be engaged in the community health service work the experience,the reason which the analysis medical service dispute occurs, pointed proposes the countermeasure, by refers for the colleague.
