摘要
随着我国居民生活水平的提高和人口老龄化,糖尿病患病率逐年上升,发病年龄提前.在糖尿病诸多并发症中,糖尿病肾病（DN）是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,也是最重要的死亡原因.因此,提高糖尿病知晓率,预防糖尿病等并发症提到日程上来.DN由于血管内的长期高血糖引起.其发病原因及机理如下.

In diabetes many complications,diabetes nephrosis （DN） is one of diabetes most serious complications,also is the most important cause of death. Therefore,enhances diabetes to know rate,prevents complications and so on diabetes to mention the program comes up. Because DN in the blood vessel long-term hyperglycemia causes.
