摘要
可以说每个医院为确保急诊护理队伍的稳定性都做了种种探索,由于急诊护理队伍工作性质的关系,所以急诊护理队伍的稳定性也就特别的难以维护.本文从急诊护理工作的工作性质和工作环境、护士本身的心理承受能力等方面出发,分析了影响急诊护理队伍稳定性的常见因素,并根据相关影响因素提出了加强急诊护理队伍稳定性的参考建议,即通过加强急诊护理队伍的团队精神来增加急诊护理队伍的稳定性.
