新生儿病房感染肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性分析 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】了解2007—2009年本院新生儿病房医院感染的肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性变化,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。【方法】对新生儿病房2007年6月—2009年12月所分离出的肺炎克雷伯菌及其耐药性进行回顾性调查分析。【结果】共检出肺炎克雷伯菌92株,其中痰和咽拭子标本检出61株,占66.3%。肺炎克雷伯菌对常用抗菌药物耐药严重,且呈多药耐药。对头孢菌素类耐药率最高,对亚胺培南、环丙沙星、含酶抑制剂为零耐药。肺炎克雷伯菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended-spectrum beta-lactamases,ESBLs)的检出率为84.8%。【结论】进行病原学监测,了解肺炎克雷伯菌耐药趋势,对合理选择抗菌药物、降低新生儿感染发生率和减少耐药菌株产生均有重要价值。 【Objective】 To investigate the drug resistances of klebsiella pneumoniae in neonatal ward from 2007 to 2009,and instruct clinical application of antibiotics reasonably. 【Method】 A retrospective investigation analysis was made for klebsiella pneumoniae as well as its drug resistances in neonatal ward from June 2007 to July 2009. 【Results】 The results showed that 92 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated from all detected samples,which mainly come from sputum and throat swab occupying 66.3%.klebsiella pneumoniae was highly resistant to commonly used antimicrobials and demonstrated multi-drug resistance.Klebsiella pneumoniae was the highest resistant to cephalosporin but 100% sensitive to imipenem and Ciprofloxacin and cephalosporins including enzyme inhibitor.The extended-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) producing strains in Klebsiella pneumoniae was 84.8 %. 【Conclusion】 Inspecting klebsiella pneumoniae and studying the trend of its drug resistance are important to rationally select antibiotics,reduce infection incidence and mortality rate,and decrease the occurrence of drug resistant strains in neonates.
