摘要
目的 提高护理质量，降低新生儿感染率、死亡率。方法 从环境管理、人员管理、感染管理及健康教育等方面进行改革和调整。结果 通过一系列护理管理措施的实施和执行，院内感染发生率逐年下降，从2002年的10．05％降至2005年的2.38％，提高了重危患儿抢救成功率，2004年～2005年间新生儿死亡率较以前明显下降，x^2=97．354，P〈0.01。结论 实行新的护理管理模式以来，护理质量得到全面提高。
Objective To highlight the quality of nursing, decrease neonatal morbidity and mortality. Methods The environment management, stuff management, infection management and health education were emphasized. Results By implementing a series of nursing management measures, the infection rate in hospital dropped from 10. 05% in 2002 to 2.38% in 2005 year by year, and salvage successful rates for severe neonates were increased,and the neonatal mortality in 2004 -2005 was decreased significantly than that in the past （x^2 =97. 354,P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Quality of nursing is comprehensively improved by implementing the new mode of nursing management.
