摘要
作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,大学科技园自身也构成一个完整的创新体系。大学科技园创新系统主要包括知识创新、技术创新、管理调控和中介服务四个子系统。本文重点分析其中的中介服务体系,并在对大学科技园中介服务体系的界定以及对美国斯坦福大学科技园中介服务体系运作情况介绍的基础上,总结了目前中国大学科技园中介服务体系构建运行中存在的问题,并提出相应解决对策。
National innovation system is the important component of the university science park, itself also constitute a complete innovation system which including four systems： Knowledge innovation system, technological innovation system, management control system, and intermediary services system. In this paper the analysis is focus on the intermediary service system. In this paper, on the basic definition of the University of Science Park intermediary service system, and the operation of intermediary services system in the Stanford University Science Park, learn from foreign experience, summing up the existing problems in intermediary services system of China University of Science Parks and giving some countermeasures.
