摘要
中国大学科技园的建设至今共经历了初创、成长和高潮三个发展阶段,在推动我国高校科技成果转化,发展高科技、实现产业化,减轻就业压力方面发挥了重要作用。针对当前我国大学科技园发展中存在的定位不够明确、现代企业制度尚未完全建立和动机过于功利化、投融资渠道不畅等突出问题,应对大学科技园进行准确定位,以市场为导向进行企业化经营和产业化开发,坚持因地制宜、多元化发展的方向,并正确处理好四对关系。
China University S＆T Park has gone through three periods： foundation, development and high tide, playing important roles in promoting scientific and technological achievements conversion, developing high technology, industrializing and relieving employment pressure. In view of some obvious issue such as the University S＆T Park current location is not explicit enough, a modem enterprise system has not established yet, motive is too utilitarian, investment and financing channels circulation are obstructed etc, this article argues that University S＆T Park need accurate location, enterprise management and industrial development guided by the market, and argues that University S＆T Park should insist adjusting measures to local conditions, uphold diversity, and handle four pairs of relations.
