摘要
为了解中国水仙两个地方品种(平潭水仙和漳州水仙)的亲缘关系,进一步了解中国水仙染色体的形态特征,研究了平潭水仙和漳州水仙的核型和C带。试验结果表明:两个品种体细胞染色体皆为2n=3x=30,每组染色体3个成员中均以其中两个形态较为一致,而与另一个差异较大。对漳州水仙的C带带型分析发现,中国水仙各组染色体的成员间带纹均有所不同,每组染色体皆以其中两个染色体带纹相近或差异小,而与另一个差异较大。研究指出,中国水仙应为节段异源三倍体,可能是由双亲一方以2n=20的体细胞染色体数与另一方以n=10的性细胞染色体数相结合而来。平潭水仙和漳州水仙皆为同一来源的中国水仙的两个地区生态适应型,它们在形态特征方面的差异是长期适应地区生态环境和栽培条件而在染色体上引起微小变异的缘故。
The karyotypes and Giemsa C bands of two local cultivars,Pingtanshuixian and Zhangzhoushuixian in Narcissus tazetta L. var. chinensis Roem.were studied in order to understand their relationship and the morphological character of chromosome of Narcissus tazetta L.var. chinensis Roem.The results showed as follows: The chromosome number of the two cultivars were all 2n=3x=30 Among the three members in each group of chromosomes, there were two members whose morphological character were similar but different from the otherone It was found after analying the C banding pattern of Zhangzhoushuixian that the bands of different members in each group of chromosomes had some differences Two members of each group were similar or had a few differences, and they were more different from the other one in band pattern So it was suggested that Narcissus tazetta L var chinensis Roem was a segmental allotriploid and that it derived from the combination of one parent with somatic chromosomes(2n=20) and another parent with gamete chromosomes (n=10) Pingtanshuixian and Zhangzhoushuixian were two local ecological adaptation types came from the same Narcissus tazetta L var chinensis Roem Their differences in morphological characters resulted from their adapting to local ecological enviroment and cultivation condition in long period, and therefore show a little variation in their chromosomes
