摘要
对中低压缸连通管内某典型导流叶片形式进行了定常计算,从而得出连通管内的流动具有非定常特性。为进行非定常计算,确定了非定常的周期,从非定常结果分析了导流叶片上压力周期性变化,进一步分析了影响叶片可靠性的主要因素是非定常性引起的共振。
The paper simulates a type of guide vane of communicating pipe between intermediate pressure and low pressure cylinders with numerical static method, get that the flow has transient characteristic. To proceed transient flow simulation, ascertains the periodic time, analyses the pressure changes on the guide vane profiles through the transient results, obtains that sympathetic vibration is the major factor on reliability of guide vane.
