摘要
进行了一种适合于无刷直流电机实验测试平台的设计。该平台以TI公司的MSP430单片机为控制核心,通过串行通信与PC机相连,采集电机参数并进行实时控制。设计了PC机与单片机通信接口软硬件,研究了通信过程中多类型数据的传输格式问题。实验结果表明,本平台稳定性强,界面简洁,满足电机系统实验测试的需要。
An experimental system suitable for brushless DC motors(BLDCM) is designed.In the system,Microchip Processer MSP430 is used as the control kernel,a real-time control is carried out on the motor and running parameters of BLDCM are collected through serial communication with PC.The hardware and software communication injection between PC and Microchip Processer are designed,and the format problem in communication process is researched into.Experiment results show that the system is stable and the interface is simple,meeting the experimental and test requirements of BLDCM system.
