摘要
首先对疏浚抓斗的工况进行分析,找出其与陆上散货抓斗的主要不同之处,结合土力学知识建立疏浚物料的模型,得到疏浚抓斗的各组在性质和数量上都不同于陆上散货抓斗的挖掘力和挖掘阻力,进而建立疏浚抓斗挖掘过程的力学模型。其次,在力学模型的基础上,通过数学推导建立抓斗刃口的曲线轨迹方程,运用计算机编程进行挖掘过程仿真,得出各个开度下的挖掘深度,求出总的抓取物料体积和总的抓取量,并绘出挖掘曲线,得出泥沙粘聚力和斗齿对挖掘的影响。最后,在研究仿真的基础上得出几点结论,以期能对工程设计人员的实际生产设计有所帮助。
At first,the working situation of the dredging grab is analyzed. The main difference between the dredging grab and the bulk cargo grab on land is found out. The model of dredging materials referring to terrene mechanics is established and the cut-in forces and their resistances are provided, which are different from the bulk cargo grab on land in character and quantity, thus, the mechanics model of the dredging process is established. Then the dredging curve function is computed and simulated on the basis of mechanics model. The dredging depth, the total dredging volume and the mass of the grab are obtained. In addition, the dredging curve is made and the effect of clinging force and tine is found out as well. At last some conclusions are drawn,which are expected to be helpful to the engineer's real design.
