摘要
目的:通过对磁共振成像(MRI)检查对脉络膜黑色素瘤诊断的敏感度和特异度的分析,评价MRI检查对脉络膜黑色素瘤的诊断价值。方法:对26例患者(28眼)术前进行MRI检查,结合病理诊断,应用SPSS12.0软件对超声检查结果进行统计学分析。结果:MRI检查对脉络膜黑色素瘤诊断的敏感度和特异度分别为85.7%和66.7%,MRI检查结果与病理诊断具有较好的一致性(Kappa值=0.494,P=0.010)。结论:MRI检查对诊断脉络膜黑色素瘤具有较好的诊断价值。
Objective：To analyze the value of MRI in diagnosis of choroidal melanoma. Methods：Selected 26 cases （28 eyes） of suspected diagnosis of choroidal melanoma. Before operations,the examination of magnetic resonance imaging（including plain scan and enhanced scan） were performed on all patients.According to the pathological study on the choroidal tumors being local resected,we analyzed imaging diagnosis via SPSS 12.0 statistic software. Results：The agreement between MRI diagnosis and pathological results was good,although not desirable （Kappa=0.494,P=0.010）. The sensitivity and specificity of MRI was 85.7% and 66.7% respectively. Conclusion：MRI is a valuable imaging technique in diagnosis of choroidal melanoma.
