摘要 本文综述了MgTiO3基微波介质陶瓷的性能与最新研究进展,分析了不同添加剂对MgTiO3微波介电性能的影响;总结了MgTiO3材料改性研究的途径及性能;指出了MgTiO3基材料存在的问题与今后的发展方向。 This paper covers the development and present research state of MgTiO3 based microwave dielectric ceramics. The influences of different doping sintering aids on the microwave dielectric properties of MgTiO3 based ceramics were analysed and modified ways were summarized. At last, the problem and development trends of MgTiO3-based microwave ceramics were pointed out.
