摘要
综述了各类钙钛矿型微波介电陶瓷、微波介电特性及其影响因素,特别对复合钙钛矿型微波介电陶瓷进行了分析。通过选择不同的金属离子和不同离子配比可得到各种钙钛矿型化合物。形成钙钛矿型固溶体是制备所需性能的常用手段之一,添加少量其它元素是调节介电性能的有效方法之一。晶体结构,微观缺陷是影响介电性能、特别是介电损失最敏感的因素。
The microwave dielectric properties and their affecting factors of various perovskite-type ceramics are reviewed. The complex perovskite-type microwave dielectric ceramics are especially discussed. Various perovskite-type compounds could be prepared by selecting different metal ions and changing the ratio of ions. Forming perovskite-type solid-solution is one of the common ways to prepare dielectric ceramics with necessary properties, and adding a small amount of other elements is one of the effective methods to control the properties. The crystal structure and microdefect are the most sensi- tive factors affecting the dielectric properties, especially affecting the dielectric loss.
