摘要
针对以往内燃机机油性能综合评价方法存在一定的主观性、经验性或局限性等缺陷,结合内燃机机油现场检验法的检验结果,运用属性识别理论,采用客观性权重,建立了内燃机机油性能的综合评价属性识别数学模型。验证结果表明,属性识别模型的判别结果与模糊综合评价法的评价结果具有较好的一致性,评价方法更具有客观性、准确性和可靠性,这为内燃机按质换油提供了一种全新的研究方法。
In previous comprehensive performance evaluation methods for machine oil,some defects existed,e.g.,subjectivity,empiric or limitation,etc.Thus the attribute recognition mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation is established by combining the test results obtained by field method and by using attribute recognition theory and the objective weight.The practice of verification show that the distinguished result of the attribute recognition model and the evaluation result from fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are well consistent,it evaluation method features objectivity,precision,and reliability,it provides a fully new research method for deciding wether it is necessary to change the machine oil according to the quality.
