摘要
为总结下肢骨不连肢体短缩畸形治疗经验,采用自体半侧腓骨髓内植骨,髂骨充填骨缺损区,梯型加压钢板固定术式一次性延长下肢骨不连后肢体短缩畸形16例16个骨。平均随访22个月,结果显示股骨平均延长3.5cm,胫骨1.8cm,平均骨愈合时间14个月,无神经血管损伤及骨不愈合并发症发生。认为:髓内及延长区植骨加金属钢板固定牢靠,患肢功能恢复迅速。
We present the method of fixation with autogenous semi - side fibula intramedullary grafted and iliac bone fill-ing into defection area and fixing it with T- shape press plate for 16 patients (16 pieces of bone). Average followed - up period 22 months, average femoral lengthening was 3.5cm, tibia lengthening was 1.8cm, and average bone healing pe-riod was 14 months without nerve or blood vessel injury and bone nonunion. Plate fixation with bone intramedullary grafting and bone grafting into lengthening area were very firm. Function of injuried limb recoveried quickly.
