摘要
目的：探讨治疗腕舟骨陈旧性骨折骨不连接的手术方法，方法：采用桡动脉腕背支掌骨瓣移植治疗腕舟骨陈旧性骨折骨不连接１３例。结果：随访３～２４个月，术后３个月骨折全部愈合，腕部疼痛、无力症状消失。结论：桡动脉腕背支位置表浅、变异少、血管蒂长，容易解剖，操作简便。带血管蒂骨瓣成骨作用强，能促进骨折愈合。
Objective:An operation method had been studied to treat advanced scaphoid fracture nonunion.Methods:13 cases of advanced scaphoid bone fracture nonunion had been treated with dorsal carpal branch of radial artery pedicle metacarpal bone graft.Results:Follow-up for 3 to 24 months, fracture healing were obtained with 3 months in all cases.complete remove of the carpal joint pain and powerless were obtained in all cases, Conclusions:The dorsal carpal branch of radial artery has the advantages of superficiality low variant,long pedicle.The pedicled bone graft can promote healing of the fracture.
