摘要
对水合肼副产盐渣进行盐碱洗涤分离,洗涤的最佳工艺条件为:洗涤盐中碳酸钠质量分数≤5%,洗盐温度为32-35℃,最佳加水比(水的加入量以配成盐浆中的液固体积比来衡量)为7∶3。洗涤盐配成饱和盐水加碳酸氢铵进行碳化反应,反应最佳工艺条件为:在600 mL盐溶液中的加料时间为1 h,搅拌速度为30 r/min,反应温度为35-40℃。在最佳工艺条件下进行碳化反应,生成的碳酸氢钠粒径大于150μm的颗粒质量分数为76.8%,碳酸氢铵的收率为95%。将水合肼副产物盐渣进行处理后回用于生产纯碱,不仅可创造一定的经济效益,而且还解决了水合肼生产中的环境污染问题。
Salt and alkali in salt slag by-produced from hydrazine hydrate production were separated and optimum conditions for washing were as follows:mass fraction of sodium carbonate in washed salt was less than 5%,salt washing tempe-rature was at 32-35 ℃,and the best water addition ratio(the addition amount of water was judged by volume ratio of liuid to solid in salt slurry) was 7∶3.After washing,the salt was prepared into saturated brine and reacted with ammonium bicarbonate,and the optimum carbonation reation conditions were as follows:feeding time for 600 mL salt solution was 1 h,stirring speed was 30 r/min,and reaction temperature was at 35-40 ℃.Under the optimum carbonation reaction conditions,generated sodium bicarbonate whose particle size less than 150 μm account for 76.8%(mass fraction) and the yield of ammonium bicarbonate was 95%.Recovering salt slag by-produced from hydrazine hydrate production to produce soda ash after treatment,not only can create a certain degree of economic benefit,but also solves the problem of environmental pollution of hydrazine hydrate production.
