摘要
外高桥三期1 000 MW超超临界机组工程,吸取二期900 MW超临界机组给水系统采用传统配置的经验教训,借鉴美国和德国的成熟经验,采用单台全容量汽动给水泵且不设电动泵配置。系统及运行操作大为简化,可靠性显著提高。选用特殊设计的双汽源三调门专用小汽轮机,有效兼顾了额定工况的经济运行及FCB(快速甩负荷)等特殊工况的汽源切换及机组的安全运行等。低速启动及全程调速运行技术的开发,简化了系统及控制方式,降低了启动能耗,提高了机组运行灵活性和安全性。
By absorbing the experiences and lessons from the traditional feedwater system configuration in Waigaoqiao phase II 900 MW supercritical unit, and taking advantage of the successful experiences in USA and Germany, Waigaoqiao phase III 1 000 MW ultra supercritical project is equipped with single 100% turbine driven boiler feedwater pump set for every unit without the motor driven feedwater pump. It greatly simplifies the system and its operation, increases its reliability remarkably. By adopting the special designed turbine with double steam sources and triple control valves, economic operation in rated output, steam source switchover under the special condition such as FCB (Fast Cut Back ) and the unit safe operation under the all load conditions can be effectively secured. By developing the technologies of low speed startup and speed control in the whole operation range, the system and its control strategy are simplified, the startup energy is reduced, and the unit flexibility and safe operation are improved.
