摘要
以高锰酸钾为氧化剂,以浓硝酸和丙酸组成的混合液为插入剂,以天然鳞片石墨为基质制备了无硫可膨胀石墨。制备的适宜条件为石墨∶丙酸(995%)∶浓硝酸∶高锰酸钾=1∶05∶06∶006(质量比),反应温度25℃,反应时间为40min。采用无素分析仪和质谱仪对无硫可膨胀石墨的组成进行了分析。
A new efficient and simple procedure was developed for the preparation of expandable sulfurfree graphite by using potassium permanganate as the oxidant,a mixture of 95% nitric acid and 995% propanoic acid as insertion reagentsThe experimental conditions were optimized as the following: the mixing ratio of graphite,995% propanoic acid,95% nitric acid and potassium permanganate is 10506006(by mass); the reaction time is 40 min at 25 The compositions of the expandable graphite were analyzed by mass spectrometry and elemental analysis
