摘要
目的探讨影响医院业务收入因素及其影响程度和方向,以期望为医院优化决策提供准确信息和科学依据。方法利用多元函数全增量因素分析法分析影响医院业务收入的各因素。结果 2006年-2008年门诊业务收入的增加主要来源于门诊人次和门诊人均费用,其中门诊人次增加因素贡献率高于门诊人均费用;2006年出院人次的上升带来住院业务收入增加2416.16万元,占业务收入总增加额的98.69%,在增收因素中占主导地位;2007、2008年住院业务收入增加是出院人次与平均日均费用共同作用的结果 ,并且出院人次贡献率大于平均人日均费用。结论医院业务收入增收因素基本达到了医疗工作量及费用水平适度增长。该院在今后应进一步加强特色专科建设,以吸引更多患者就诊,强化医院经济管理,走优质、高效、低耗之路,促进医院持续稳步发展。
Objective To explore the factors influencing service revenue of a hospital and the influence degree in order to provide accurate and scientific evidence for optimized decision-making. Methods Factors affecting service revenue of the hospital was analyzed with pano-increment factor of multiple function. Results The increase in outpatient service revenue from 2006 to 2008 was mainly due to the increase of outpatient visits and average expenditure per outpatient,and the contribution rate of outpatient visits was higher than average expenditure. In 2006,the increase of discharge numbers made service revenue increased by 24.1616 million yuan,accounting for 98.69% of the total service revenue increase,which dominated influencing factors. In 2007 and 2008,the revenue increase attributed to discharged numbers and average daily expenditure,and discharged numbers had a greater contribution rate than average daily expenditure. Conclusion Factors increasing service revenue generally promote the moderate growth of medical workload and expenditure. Specialized construction should be further strengthened to attract more patients＇ visits,and economic management should also be intensified,together with high-quality,high efficiency and low cost way to promote the sustained and steady development of hospital.
