摘要
目的探讨门诊量和门诊人均费用对门诊总收入的影响程度,同时还对影响每诊疗人次费用的多因素进行分析。方法利用综合指数方法,计算某医院2007年-2011年各指标项目的指数及对收入的影响额。结果不同年份的门诊量和门诊次均费用对门诊总收入的影响程度各有不同。结论医院门诊运转要求得到良性循环,适应社会医疗改革,促进医院合理创收,必须考虑各种因素对门诊收入的影响程度。
Objective To discuss the influence degree of outpatient quantity and outpatient per capita cost to outpatient service general income. Methods Calcttlate the project index and influence amount of income with method of comprehensive index from 2007 to 2011. Results The influence de- gree of outpatient quantity and outpatient per capita cost to outpatient revenue is different in different specific years. Conclusion Hospital outpatient ser- vice running ask for virtuous circle. It should adapt to the social medical reform, promote the hospital reasonable income, and must consider all kinds of factors on the influence of the outpatient service income.
