摘要
深化研究并全面提高军队远程医学系统内涵与质量,是我军"十二五"建设与实现数字化卫勤战略目标的重要基础。通过系统回顾、总结"九五""十五""十一五"期间军队远程医学系统建设与发展,指出建设中存在的问题,提出解决问题的若干对策意见。
Deepening and improving the overall content and quality of military telemedicine system is the important basis of PLA＇s ＂12th Five- Year Plan＂ Construction and implementation of strategic objectives of health service digitalization. Through systematic review, concluding the construction and development of the military telemedicine system during ＂9th Five -Year＂, ＂10th Five -Year＂, ＂1 lth Five -Year＂, the author pointed out the problems in construction, and raised a number of measures to solve the problems.
