摘要
为满足后备保护的自适应调整定值等广域智能化控制的时限要求,提出了一种新的基于判别分析方法的故障元件定位方法。利用广域测量系统提供的实时电网电气量信息,根据故障后故障元件电气量变化显著的特点定位故障元件。该方法分2步实施:应用判断均值是否相等的F检验判定出初判故障元件组;依据马氏距离判别分析方法,最终判别出故障元件。可在后备保护动作时限前定位出故障元件,结果准确有效。
To meet the requirement of back-up protection for the time limit of adaptive setting adjustment in wide-area intelligent control,a faulty element locating method based on discriminant analysis is put forward,which utilizes the real-time electrical information of power grid from the wide area measurement system to locate the faulty element according to its obvious value change of electrical variables after fault.The first step is to detect the preliminary faulty element group by checking if the mean has changed(F inspection);the second step is to determine the faulty element accurately by the Mahal discriminant analysis algorithm.It locates the faulty element precisely and effectively before the time limit of back-up protection action.
