摘要
建立了一个旋挖钻机健康诊断系统。基于Fisher判别分析(FDA)方法,结合大量的样本数据,建立了旋挖钻机健康诊断系统的判别函数。在该判别函数基础上,对涉及旋挖钻机整机健康状态的电气、液压、结构、动力、保养、工作时间等6个方面共8项指标特征值行了统计分析。实例验证了利用Fisher判别分析法实现旋挖钻机或同类产品健康诊断的可行性。
A health diagnosis systemof rotary drilling rig was constructed. Based on Fisher discriminant analysis( FDA) method,the discrimination function of rotary drilling rig health diagnosis systemwas built with a lot of sample data. Then,the eight feature values in six aspects,including electric,hydraulic,structure,power,maintenance and operating hours,were analyzed. The example verified the feasibility of health diagnosis systemin rotary drilling rigs or other similar products.
