摘要
采用金相检验和扫描电镜观察相结合的方法,研究65号钢在拉拔中出现断裂的原因,通过对断裂样品分析,得出引起拉拔断裂是由钢中脆性夹杂物的聚集、成分偏析和铸坯表面缺陷造成的。结合工艺分析,提出改进高碳钢质量的措施。
By combining the methods of metallographical detection and observation with SEM causes to the fractures during drawing No. 65 high carbon steel are studied. Through examinations of defect samples it is found that the fractures are caused by aggregation of brittle inclusions, segregation of components, and also the defects on billet surfaces. Based on the analysis solutions to eliminate the defects are proposed.
