摘要
对唐钢首次试产冷镦钢SWRCH22A(Φ6.5 mm线材)使用中出现的拉拔断裂原因进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施并收到良好效果。
This paper analyzed on the reason of rupture of cold upsetting steel SWRCH22A （Φ6.5 mm wire） when subjecting to drawing. It is first time to produce such steel in Tangshan Iron and Steel Company. The solution to rupture has been found and good effect was achieved.
