摘要
介绍现有的湿法备用、换热器换热及荒煤气放散等3种高炉煤气布袋除尘系统的极端温度煤气处理技术,分析高炉煤气极端温度的成因及控制,以及极端温度煤气处理技术的关键,论证全干法在大中型高炉应用的可行性。
Three kinds of extreme temperature BFG processing technologies for bag dedusting system, namely wetting （stand-by）, exchanging heat by heat exchanger and raw BFG emission are introduced and cause to formation and control of the extreme temperature BFG analyzed and the key of extreme temperature BFG dedusting technologies discussed. The feasibility of all-dry bag dedusting technology for large BF is proposed and demonstrated.
