摘要
高炉煤气干法布袋除尘净化工艺具有节水、环保和余能回收充分的特点,在日常运行管理与维护方面与湿法工艺也有较大差别,应注意引、停煤气、温度控制、重力除尘器与箱体操作、喷水降温与腐蚀等问题。
Dry cleaning process with bag collector for blast furnace gas has some characteristics such as water saving, environment friendly and fully recovery for the waste energy, and have great different in daily management and maintenance in comparison with the wet gas cleaning. Some operation requirements such as drawing and shutting down the gas, temperature control, gravitational precipitator and the box operation and water spraying cooling and eroding are discussed.
