儿童强制性诱导运动疗法研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 强制性诱导运动疗法(constraint-induced movemen therapy,CIT)是20世纪80年代兴起的一种新的康复治疗方法。其理论基础源于动物实验,习得性废用(1earned nonuse)及相应的“塑形”技术(shaping technique)。研究显示,切断猴子一侧前肢传入神经,会导致其不能有效使用该肢体.但是猴子能用其他肢体适应环境.反复强化使用健肢后,
