摘要
目的了解农村居民艾滋病/性病知信行现状,为进一步开展相关宣传教育提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对广州市某地10个自然村的18～60岁农村常住居民进行匿名问卷调查。结果共调查1 748人,男性1 007人,占57.6%;女性734人,占42.0%;不详7人,占0.4%;平均年龄39岁;艾滋病/性病相关知识知晓率为56.61%;只有25.8%的人愿意同艾滋病人来往,63.2%的人愿意给予艾滋病患者帮助;49.1%的人最近一年发生性行为时未使用安全套。结论农村居民艾滋病/性病防治知识缺乏,多数还存在负性态度(除正确态度以外的部分),少数还存在感染艾滋病/性病的危险行为。
Objective To understand the status of knowledge,attitude and behavior related to AIDS/STD among rural residents,and to provide scientific basis for carrying out health education.Methods Questionnaire interview was conducted in residents aged from 18 to 60 years in 10 villages selected with random cluster sampling method.Results A total of 1 748 people were investigated（1 007 men（57.60%）,734 women（42.0%）,with anerage age of 39 years）.The awareness rate（60 percentile points above）of AIDS/STD was 56.61%.There were only 25.8%of respondents like to communicate with AIDS patients and 63.2% people would like to offer help.49.1% of the respondents didn＇t report the use of condom when having sex in the previous year.Conclusion The rural residents lack the of AIDS/STD.A small number of rural residents are at high risk of AIDS/STD infection.
