摘要
目的:研究南蛇藤乙醇提取物的免疫调节作用。方法:采用小鼠单核巨噬细胞实验,以廓清指数为指标评价南蛇藤乙醇提取物对非特异性免疫功能的作用;采用小鼠溶血素实验,以小鼠溶血素为指标评价南蛇藤乙醇提取物对特异性免疫功能的作用。结果:南蛇藤乙醇提取物(60g·kg-1)可显著降低小鼠碳廓清指数(P<0.05)。南蛇藤乙醇提取物(60、20g·kg-1)对绵羊红细胞免疫小鼠溶血素抗体的生成有减少的趋势,但无显著性意义。结论:南蛇藤乙醇提取物具有降低非特异性免疫功能的药理作用,对特异性免疫功能没有显著影响。
OBJECTIVE： To study immunoregulatory effect of ethanol extract from Celastrus orbiculatus. METHODS： Mononuclear macrophage experiment and hemolysin experiment were used to evaluate effect of ethanol extract from C. orbiculatus on non-specific immunity with clearance as index and specific immunity with hemolysin as index. RESULTS： Ethanol extract from C. orbiculatus （60 g·kg-1） could significantly lower carbon clearance in mice（P0.05）. Ethanol extract from C. orbiculatus （60 g·kg-1 and 20 g·kg-1）could reduce the proliferation of hemolysin antibody in mice immunized with sheep red blood cell （SRBC）. There was no significant difference. CONCLUSION： Ethanol extract from C. orbiculatus could inhibit non-specific immunity while hasn’t obvious effect on specific immunity.
