摘要
产业集群的动力机制是产业集群发展的核心问题,完善的动力机制是产业集群得以持续、健康发展的保证。电子信息产业作为滨海新区的支柱产业,是中国改革开放和电子信息产业世界范围内转移的结果。天津滨海新区电子信息产业集群的形成与发展,既有外部经济机制、产业价值链、社会资本与网络机制、技术机制等内源动力机制的作用,也有外部竞争环境、政府支持行为、区域创新环境等外源动力机制的作用。天津滨海新区必须进一步培育电子信息产业集群发展的内外部环境,促进电子信息产业集群的可持续发展。
Dynamism is the core problem of industrial cluster＇ s development, and perfect dynamism is the guarantee for industrial cluster＇ s sustained and healthy development. As the mainstay industry of Tianjin Binhai New District, electronic information industry＇ s development is the result of China＇ s reform and opening up as well as the worldwide transfer of electronic information industry. The formation and development of electronic information industrial cluster of Tianjin Binhai New District is both the effect of the inner dynamism, such as the external economic system, industry value chain, social capital and network mechanism, technology mechanism, and the effect of the external dynamism, including external competitive environment, government support behavior and regional innovation mechanism. Tianjin Binhai New District has to furtherly foster the inner and external environment for the development of electronic information industrial cluster, to promote its sustained development.
