摘要
为顺利生产纯棉赛络色纺纱,优选了粗纱、细纱、络筒工序的相关工艺参数。实践证明:赛络纺纱弥补了由于原棉物理性质的变化而带来成纱质量的恶化,特别是粗纱捻系数、粗纱定量、细纱隔距、粗纱隔距块、细纱隔距块、细纱双孔喇叭口型号及导纱钩升降全程和钢丝圈型号的选择,对纯棉赛络色纺纱的质量起着至关重要的作用。
To produce pure cotton sirospun colored yarn successfully, relative parameters in roving, spinning and winding were optimized,sirospun method was adopted as well. The practice shows that yarn quality deteriorate caused by raw cotton physical property change could be improved by sirospun method, especially selection of roving twist factor, roving weight per 10m, spinning gauge, roving spacer, spinning spacer, spinning double hole pipe socket type, guide and ring traveler type,which could effect quality of pure cotton sirospun colored yarn greatly.
