摘要
结合棉纺生产实践,探讨156锭BHFA498型粗纱机在纺纱生产中的应用效果。阐述了该粗纱机性能特点,并与120锭FA421型粗纱机进行纺纱质量对比试验,分析了156锭BHFA498型粗纱机的使用经济性。实践表明:156锭BHFA498型粗纱机性能良好,数字化、智能化程度高,成纱质量较好,生产效率高,可以减少机台的使用量和占地面积,节约了一次性投入成本,降低了用电消耗。
Combining cotton spinning production, application effect of 156 spindles BHFA498 roving machine was discussed. Property of the roving machine was introduced. Spinning quality contrast test was carried out with 120 spindles FA421 roving machine. Use economy of 156 spindles BHFA498 roving machine was analyzed. The practice shows that property of 156 spindles BHFA498 roving machine is better, the machine digitization and intelligent degree are high- er,yarn produced by the machine is better and the efficiency is higher. Through adopting 156 spindles BHFA498 roving machine, machine number and area can be reduced, one-time investment cost can be saved a lot, electricity consumption can be reduced as well.
